Level I screen: 
A draft of the Level I screen has been developed. It will be incorporated into the community LTSS website and will include instructions for completion by NWDs and individual users.
Level II assessment: 
The Level II assessment will be automated and completed by offices within DHH.
Agency responsible for completing the financial assessment: 
The DHH/Medicaid office will be responsible for completing the financial assessment.
Coordination/automation of referrals between levels (i.e., Level I and Level II) : 
LA is developing an automated system that will capture Level I screening data and send referrals to the appropriate agency for follow up.

Providers receive a copy of the Quality Management Report to compare themselves to other providers.

Use of Enhanced FMAP: 

With Program funds, LA incresed behavioral health services to children and waiver slots and services for various populations. In addition, funds were used to build the NWD IT system and an incident management system.
